Today's PT attendance was excellent! All the 14 girls turned up. Except for Patricia and Farah. Patricia fall sick, but none of us wasn't being inform until the very last minute. As for farah, this is the second time she skipped PT without any valid reason.

Anyway, we would like to thanks those who make the effort to wake up early in the morning for this PT session. Do you know that your little effort can actually make a big difference to everyone, to the team?

One more thing. You girls shouldn't give up so easily! Don't get affected by those negative and lazy thoughts of yours. Some of us might be a slow runner..but don't give up! Keep on trying because definitely there is a day you will became the faster runner on court. Encourage yourself, encourage others.

Besides setting the correct attitude for yourself..Self discipline and the meaning of true sportsmanship also has to be apply. For example, come early for PT, don't let everyone wait. Run together as a team, work together a team. Listen to the instructions given, follow it. Gather as fast as you can whenever you see the hand signal. And always push yourself or rather your fitness level to the maximum. Don't say ''I cannot'' but ''I will try''.

Afterall, you girls just have to bring three simple items for the next PT. That's your passion, your perseverance and your determination. So will we be able to see that on the next PT?

PS. If you girls want to know the song titles we sang today at PT. Just drop us a mail at gardensfloorball@gmail.com.

2nd PT has been confirmed. As majority votes for serangoon stadium, we will be having our PT there. Please bring your waterbottle along.

Date: 26th Nov 2008 (Wednesday)
Time: 8am - 9.30am
Location: Serangoon Stadium

Each PT we will do different kind of activities/sports. So don't assume that it is only RUNNING. This time 12 girls had agreed to come for the next PT, and i have taken all your names down. Any last minute excuses/reasons that you cannot make it, you will have to bear the consequence and punishment.

Do you think that attendance is important? Yes? No? YES? YES! YES!

Its rather disappointing when 13 girls so willingly agreed to come for the PT, and yet only 5 girls turned up. Some don't even have the initiative to inform us that you are not be able to make it. And if you really can't make it, please at least notify us a day before.

I don't wish to emphasize on this but giving us excuses like you are tired, lazy, overslept or forget about the PT just simply showed us that how disciplined and committed you are towards floorball. Did you girls just forget about your own individual goals and team goals?

Lastly, a warning to those who could not make it today (and those who HAD PROMISED TO COME TODAY). If you still did not come for the second PT and give us unacceptable excuses..we will post your name and your excuses on the blog.

PHYSICAL TRAINING (PT)

Girls, we will be having our own personal PT this coming friday. I am sure you girls know where your own stamina level is at. It's not a compulsory PT that you must definitely attend. But it is all about your commitment and passion towards floorball this sports. In order for the team to win, is by working hard together.

And since all of you girls had agreed to come for the PT, we expect every single one of you to turn up. Don't be late. Punctuality is a basic respect we gave to each other.

Date: 21st Nov 2008 (Friday)
Time: 8am - 9.30am
Location: Serangoon Stadium

Don't have to wear the school jersey as it is our own PT. Be sure to put on your SPORTS shoes. School shoes might cause blister on your feet. Lastly, if your parents have any questions/doubts about the personal PT on friday, they can contact me through my hp.
