Hey Girls,

There will be a friendly for us, so do refer to the details below. There will be 3 other schools participating in this friendly match organised by Springfield Sec. They are Springfield Sec ,Teck Whye Sec and TJC.

This friendly is a good practice just before the B'division starts. So take what ever you girls are going do, be it friendly or training seriously. Get rid of all the negative thoughts and be optimistic. Drink lots of water , eat and rest well before the friendly and also for every other match during the B'div.

To add on, i would like to wish everyone a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! Let bygones be bygones and start fresh. Also all the best for the upcoming school year. Study smart and play smart. God bless...

Quote of the day: "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

Date: 10th January 2009 (Saturday)
Venue: Springfield Secondary School
Time: 9am

*Note: More details will be given when school reopens.

Best regards:

The attendance of the girls is getting from bad to worst. Surprising i received reasons such as..'Too lazy to come for training' (from Patricia Ng).

To those who didn't attend training regularly, we had less than 3 weeks to train before the tournament starts. Its important that everyone turns up for every single training, if not you will have difficulties catching up with the team.

Attention all girls and boys. We MIGHT have a friendly with Teck Whye Sec on the 29th Dec 2008 (Monday). But due to the aircon construction in our school hall, we MIGHT also have to travel to their school for the friendly. However, everything is not confirm yet. Will update the friendly details soon!

Behind the scene..

Monday, December 8, 2008

Hey girls,
As you'll know that there would not be any trainings for the next whole week. Moreover as for the girls, unfortunately there are no available dates for us to fix a Physical Training for you'll.

So i bet some of you'll may be easily rusted, when there is no trainings. Therefore i hope you'll will be independent and disciplined enough to do some small little workouts by yourselves. Well otherwise, you can just take your stick an ball and knock around, doing your basics and stuff. As if you'll remembered coach told that she will be trying to teach us the play-ups and more other stuffs. So it will be better to keep up with your basics and not waste training time to practice those stuffs.

Also to add on, not pint-pointing anyone here. Well i think this is not the first time you'll would have heard this, but when you play flooball, it is important to learn to be versatile and play all the positions. As when you learn to play all e positions, you will be able to read the game from most of the positions. Moreover, when a player is injured, another player who can play that position too will be able to cover up that person and not cause the team any loss. So i know it is difficult to play other positions but you have to try to come out of your shell.

So that's all for now.

Do not wear home clothes (wear PE t-shirt) as to prevent paint stain.

Monday, December 1, 2008

To all boys & girls, the banner competition is just around the corner. We need your help by collecting can drinks. As this year banner theme is recycle, the cans are required to be in green series (Eg. green tea, 7-up, sprite, grass power, kikapo, QOO..etc.) So if you do have any of these at home, please bring it down during next training session.

PS. Due to certain circumstances, we will not have PT this week. I know you girls are giggling and smiling behind the computer screen, but for the sake of your fitness..please do some simple exercise at home.
